Is a visa on arrival available for conference attendees in Rwanda?

Yes, a visa on arrival facility is available to conference participants in Rwanda. According to the open border policy of Rwanda, citizens from all countries are eligible to get a visa upon their arrival at Kigali International Airport or at the country’s borders without making any prior application. The Visa on Arrival fee to be paid by participants of the conference is V5 Conference Visa (V5) worth $50 and valid for 30 days. A participant must present an invitation to the conference or valid registration.
